Production[]

Production on the series began on February 29, 2012, though the idea had been conceptualized earlier, in mid-December, 2011. After reading his first ever comic book, "Superman/Batman: Supergirl", creator Rassilon of Old speculated as to how the events of the comic might unfold on Earth-16, involving members of the Team. Initially, Superman's cousin, Kara Zor-El, would crash to Earth and be abducted by Darkseid, leaving the Justice League and the Team to rescue her. The series would be set ahead of season one, during a time when Barbara Gordon and Cassie Sandsmark would be members of the Team using the guises of Batgirl and Wonder Girl respectively. Barbara Gordon was to take the place of Harbinger, and die on Themiscira.

After Rassilon of Old decided to write the series, his initial conceptualization was adapted so as to allow the story to fit into season one of Young Justice, replacing the main character of Supergirl with existing character, Miss Martian. All other details of plot are to be kept secret, until a time when they are no longer spoilers.
